PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme of Adal Padal on 09.05.2022 at 6.00 p.m., to 11.00 p.m., at "Sri Sakthi Mariamman Temple Festival" Kannanderi Village, Kannanderi Post, Sankagiri Taluk, Salem District by consider and pass orders on the representation dated 29.04.2022 made by the petitioner within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court. The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the first and second respondents to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme of Adal Padal on 09.05.2022 at 6.00 p.m., to 11.00 p.m., at "Sri Sakthi Mariamman Temple Festival" Kannanderi Village, Kannanderi Post, Sankagiri Taluk, Salem District by consider and pass orders on the representation dated 29.04.2022 made by the petitioner within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has sent the representation dated 29.04.2022 to the 2nd respondent only on 04.05.2022 at 2.27 p.m., and immediately, has filed this Writ Petition on the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

day without giving sufficient opportunity to the respondents to consider the representation.
