O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction for disposal of the case in C.C. No. 606 of 2019, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Erode.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the

materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that FIR has been registered in Crime No.09 of 2011 for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 418, 420 and 506(ii) of IPC and the same was taken on file in C.C. No. 606 of 2019.

4. Considering the nature of relief sought, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate II, Erode to dispose the case in C.C. No. 606 of 2019 on it's file within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
