Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme of Adal Padal on 11.05.2022 at 6.00 p.m., to 11.00 p.m., at "Sri Mariamman Temple Festival" Koneripalayam Village, Koneripalayam Post, Perambalur Taluk, Perambalur District by consider and pass orders on the representation dated 29.04.2022 made by the petitioner within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the first and second respondents to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme of Adal Padal on 11.05.2022 between 6.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m., at "Sri Mariamman Temple Festival" Koneripalayam Village, Koneripalayam Post, Perambalur Taluk, Perambalur District by considering and pass orders on the representation dated 29.04.2022 made by the petitioner within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has sent the representation dated 29.04.2022 to the 2nd respondent only on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

02.05.2022 and the same has been received by the 2nd respondent only on 04.05.2022. Further, the said festival is scheduled to be taken place on 11.05.2022. Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider and respond to the representation made by the petitioner before the date of festival i.e. 11.05.2022.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
