This writ petition has been filed by Mr.Julik Parimalaraj seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful conduct of business in the name of ''M/s B2 a Style Longue Unisex Salon & Spa'' at Emerald Apartment, Flat No.4, Door No.19/A, Wheat Crofts Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai 600 034.

2. Heard Mr.K.Gokulram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Digvijaya Pandian, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. The issue raised in this writ petition is covered by an order of this Court in W.P.No.15866 of 2013 etc., cases dated 9.12.2014 (M/s Masti Health and Beauty Private Limited v. The Commissioner of Police, Chennai City).
