A.No.2449 of 2024 in C.S.No.477 of 1993 & Tr.C.S.No.129 of 1994 P.B.BALAJI, J., This application has been filed to set aside and restore A.No.1123 of 2024 in C.S.No.477 of 1993 to file which was dismissed for nonprosecution on 22.03.2024. 2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and being satisfied with the reasons assigned therein and the application is not seriously opposed by the respondents, this application is allowed and A.No.1123 of 2024 is restored to file.

3.Post the matter on 12.06.2024 for filing counter affidavit in A.No.1123 of 2024.
