ORDER
This writ petition is with a prayer to direct the respondents to refund the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- payable to the petitioner towards refundable security deposit.
2. In this case, the petitioner submits that there seems to be a name transfer and those parties have commenced the unit and seeks for refund. In the facts and circumstances of the case, suffice it to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.04.2024 and pass orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a web-copy of this order without waiting for a certified copy of this order.
3. This writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 01.04.2025 nsl 2/4
