Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that to report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in the order dated 20.01.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.24300 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.ARUL MOZHI MARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24300 of 2021 on 20.01.2022.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
