Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition on the petitioner that to report before the Respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in the order dated 07.04.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.4681 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.25878 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.4681 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.25878 of 2021 on 07.04.2022.
