O R D E R

This petition has been filed for direction directing the 2nd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.01.2020 and conduct enquiry and file a final report in accordance with law.

2. According to the petitioner, believing the words of the accused persons namely Panneerselvam and Raji, he deposited a sum of Rs.2,25,000/- in the account of Farmers Food Cart to appoint himself as an Whole Sale Vegetable agent and thereafter, they refused to appoint the petitioner as agent in their Farmers Food Cart and also refused to return the deposited amount of Rs.2,25,000 to the petitioner. is that though the first respondent forwarded the complaint made by the petitioner dated 29.01.2020 to the second respondent, the respondent police did not register the complaint and take action. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 29.01.2020 and it is pending for enquiry.

4. Considering the said submission, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 29.01.2020 made by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the counter part and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
