The prayer in the Writ Petition is for issue of writ of Mandamus to respondents to provide electricity connection (domestic purpose) to the petitioner's residence viz., No.27/1, Annai Indira Nagar, Puthagaram, Chennai 600 099, based on his application dated 23.02.2019.
2. The writ petitioner is residing at No.27/1, Annai Indira Nagar, Puthagaram, Chennai 600 099 for the past 12 years and she has been paying house tax to the Corporation and sought for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
electricity connection to her house from the second respondent. Since her application dated 23.02.2019 are pending with the second respondent without any consideration, she has filed the present writ petition.

The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that if the petitioner is not the title holder of the land, then she has to execute an indemnity bond and undertaking as required under clause 27(4) of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Distribution Code and produce all other relevant documents. If the petitioner comes forward with all the relevant documents, the application will be considered accordingly.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already indemnity bond and necessary documents have been submitted to the second respondent along with the application.
5. In the light of the above submissions, it is suffice to direct the first and second respondents to provide domestic electricity connection to the premises of the writ petitioner after obtaining an indemnity bond and an undertaking as required under clause 27(4) of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Distribution Code within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of application and relevant documents with indemnity bond.
6. With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
