O R D E R

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the Docket order passed in I.A.No.3/2025 in OS.No.161/2025 dated 13.03.2025 on the file of Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent/plaintiff is present and would submit that he has no objection to the interim injunction granted by the Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu being set aside.

3. On consent, the above Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The interim injunction granted by the Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the 2/4

Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu for fresh consideration. It is informed that the matter is posted on 15.04.2025 before the Trial Court. The learned Trial Judge shall take up the matter, hear all the parties and thereafter pass orders. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
