O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that a patta has been wrongly issued in the name of the 3rd respondent, in respect of his property viz., S.Nos.227/1F, 227/2 and 228/1B, Mathigiri Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. Based on his representation dated 02.08.2023 in this regard, an enquiry was conducted by the 2nd respondent on 30.10.2023. However, no order has been passed so far. Hence, the present writ petition.

4. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 2/4

02.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
