O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed praying to call for the records in the proceedings comprised in undated charge sheet in STC No.8320 of 2011 on the file the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ootacamund and to quash the same. 2.

When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that originally, the case was taken on file as S.T.C.No.8320 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ottacamund and thereafter, the same was re-numbered as S.T.C.No.1495 of 2013. Further, he submits that the said case was dismissed on 02.08.2016 by discharging the accused/petitioner herein from the offence. Therefore, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, this petition may be dismissed as infructuous. To that effect, he has also produced a copy of the judgment before this Court. 4.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
