Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and third respondents herein to take immediate action against the fourth respondent herein from converting Kongu Association Limited Liability Partnership Company created for the upliftment of Kongu Vellalar and Nattu Gounder under the political party by name Kongu Nadu Makkal Desiya Katchi and consequently direct the second respondent herein to cancel the programme under the banner of fourth respondent herein along with Kongu Nadu Makkal Desiya Katchi slated on 19.07.2015 at Kongu Thirumana Maligai, Ammampalayam, Attur, Salem District. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by Mr.R.Thangarasu under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a mandamus directing the third respondent-Registrar of Companies, Coimbatore to consider his representation dated 13.7.2015 on merits.

This Court, considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going to the merits of the matter, hereby directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.7.2015 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law expeditiously.
