WP No. 12233 of 2026 PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to extend the benefits to the petitioner in the G.O. (2D) No.7, School Education Department, dated 23.2.2012 and G.O. (2D) No.158, School Education Department, dated 13.11.2015 and G.O. (2D)3 TO 6, School Education Department, dated 11.02.2021 and fix the Regular time Scale of Pay of the petitioner in the Cadre of Vocational Instructor Grade -1 with effect from 15.10.1999 without monetary benefits to the petitioner in the light of the order passed by this Honble High Court in WP.No. 19686 of 2014 in order dated on 25.02.2015, and WP.No. 32391 and 32394 of 2014 dated 05.07.2018 within a time limit.

Department, dated 11.02.2021 and fix the Regular time Scale of Pay of the petitioner in the Cadre of Vocational Instructor Grade -1 without monetary benefits to the petitioner in the light of the order passed by this High Court in WP.No. 19686 of 2014 in order dated on 25.02.2015, and WP.No. 32391 and 32394 of 2014 dated 05.07.2018 within a time limit.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court similar cases has been dealt by this Court in the order dated 05.07.2018 made in W.P.Nos.32391 and 32394 of 2015. Per contra, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the relief claimed by these petitioners differ from the above order and it has to be considered as per the extant rules. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4.Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the request of the petitioners as per the extant rules and shall also consider the applicability of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.32391 and 32394 of 2014 for the cases in hand and to pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
