Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before this Court an order dated 03.01.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Transfer Petition (Civil) No.1497 of 2024 under which, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has transferred this O.P., namely, (T) O.P. (TM) No.62 of 2023 to the file of the Kerala High Court.
