The question of re-conveyance cannot be considered by the respondent, as the Government is the competent authority. Hence, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation to the Government. As and when such representation is filed, the same will considered by the Government as expeditiously as possible. No Costs.
