ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 13.09.2019 and 30.01.2020, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Pursuant to the notice issued for stop work, the petitioner gave a representation to the first respondent stating that he has stopped the construction in deviation of the approved plan. The petitioner has stated in the last representation dated 30.01.2020 that such construction has been made by oversight and, therefore, the same will have to be condoned on payment of fine. Seeking orders on the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Without expressing anything on the merits, we only direct the first respondent to dispose of the last representation dated 30.01.2020 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
