O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed by the Petitioner to modify the bail condition in para 7(a) that one surety shall be the mother of the Petitioner in the order dated 05.03.2021 in Crl. O.P. No. 1301 of 2021.

2. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that this Court by order dated 05.03.2021 in Crl. O.P. No. 1301 of 2021 granted bail to the Petitioner by imposing a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties out of which, one surety shall be the mother of the Petitioner, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No. 1, Tambaram. She would further submit that the mother of the Petitioner is bed ridden and she is unable to move out of the house so that she could not go to the Court and furnish surety and thereby, she would seek for modification.

3. Heard the Learned Counsels.

Taking into consideration the submission made by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on him to the effect that the Petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties out of which, one sure surety shall be the sister of the Petitioner, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No. 1, Tambaram. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain intact.
