ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vacant possession of the acquired lands was handed over. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that possession was handed over today. He, however, points out that there is a building housing a bathroom and a temple structure. He submits that the petitioner should demolish the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner has no objection to the respondents demolishing the two structures in the property. This statement is recorded.

2. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
