Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 6(b) imposed on them in the order passed in Crl.OP.No.21057 of 2020 dated 27.01.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.B.VISWANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Para 6 Clause (b) of the order dated 27.01.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21057 of 2020

2. This Court, vide order dated 27.01.2021, directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioners to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
