O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to take final decision pursuant to the enquiry that was conducted by the Enquiry Officer and pass orders in connection with the charge memorandum dated 12.12.2019 or to drop the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this is the second round of litigation, already an order was passed by this Court in W.P.No.26401 of 2023 directing the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Even though during the contempt proceedings an order was produced, thereafter, this order was withdrawn and the matter was kept pending.

3. Mr.R.A.Gopinath, learned counsel who takes notice on behalf of the respondent submitted that final order would be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent that final orders would be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
