2.Though the husband of the detenue has filed this petition seeking protection of his wife viz., Sharmi aged about 21 years, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petitioner and his wife are reunited and they are living together. The Inspector of Police, W8-All Women Police Station, Thirumangalam, Chennai has also sent a report dated 10.09.2020 stating that both the petitioner and his wife are living together at No.37, Pudhukollati, Nandhiyambakkam, Chennai - 120. 3.Though the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is not present, taking into consideration of the above representation and report, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
