This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.94 of 2017 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Paramakudi and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Karaikal, to try along with H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2017 pending on its file. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that H.M.O.P.No.94 of 2017 filed by the respondent was dismissed as withdrawn and therefore, the present transfer petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
