The prayer in the present petition is to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram to number the suit filed in O.S. SR.No.5835 of 2018 dated 24.04.2018 pending on his file. M.S. RAMESH,J.

2. The Petitioner herein is the plaintiff in the suit. Under Section 6 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956, the mother, after the father, shall be deemed to be a natural guardian of a Hindu Minor and as such, the necessary guardian petition may not be required for the purpose of numbering the suit.

3. In the light of the above observations, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram is directed to instruct his registry to number the suit in O.S.SR.No.5835 of 2018, if it is otherwise in order, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. The Registry is directed to return the original plaint to the learned counsel for the petitioner after obtaining necessary photocopies of the same.

With the above directions, the Civil Revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
