ORDER
The above application has been filed for a direction to the Registry to issue a cheque in favour of M/s.Annanmar Constructions represented by its partner, A.Thirugnanam for a sum of Rs.5,36,98,492/-. The amount is due under an award dated 10.10.2009. Challenging the said award the respondents have filed O.P.Nos.169 & 170 of 2010. The said Original Petitions have also been dismissed. In the Execution Petition filed by the claimant the learned Master had directed the respondents to pay the EP claim. The claim amounts have also been deposited into the Court. 2/4
2. Considering the fact that the Original Petitions filed by the respondents have also been dismissed the application is allowed. The Registry is directed to issue the Cheque as prayed for.
