This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 16.08.2015, to investigate the same and to file a final report . 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who has taken notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent police on 16.08.2015, pursuant to which, no action is taken till date, this Court is inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direct the second respondent police to complete the enquiry, after affording opportunity to both parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if the second respondent police, as a result of the enquiry, arrives at the conclusion that a cognizable offence is disclosed, he shall register the case and investigate into the same and proceed further in the manner required under law, at the earliest.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
