[Order of the Court was made by M. SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original impugned order dated 29.08.2024 [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

Mr. S. Venkatesan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, is before this Court.

Learned counsel for writ petitioner, adverting to support affidavit, submitted that the original of the impugned order dated 29.08.2024 was filed along with the previous writ petition viz., W.P.No.1985 of 2025 and hence, the writ petitioner is not able to file the original impugned order. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of support affidavit which reads as follows:

I submit the Registry had directed me to file the original copy of the impugned order dated 29.08.2024 passed by the first respondent. However, the original copy of the impugned order has been filed along with the previous writ petition filed by me in W.P.No.1985 of 2025 and hence the original of the said impugned order is currently not available with me.'
