This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records and quash all the proceedings in Crime No.200 of 2009 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sendamangalam Police Station, Namakkal District.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submitted that the investigation in Crime No.200 of 2009 was completed and the case has been closed as "Action Dropped".

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
