Respondents in both petitions Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order of the second respondent in Lr.Nos.CMWSSB/RO-1/HWE/3395/2012 and CMWSSB/RO-1/HWE/3396/2012 respectively dated 26.12.2012 and consequently direct the respondents to allot alternate house to the petitioners within a stipulated time.
