This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 49 days in filing the above appeal.

Mr.T.J.Lakshmipathy, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondent, submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioners shall serve a copy of the typed set of papers on the learned counsel for the respondent.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
