respondent herein and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu i.e. the body of Raja @ Dokkan Raja, S/o.Govindasamy, male, aged about 45 years, the detenu, detained under Act 14 of 1982 in detention order Memo BCDFGISSSV No.49/2022 dated 31.03.2022 herein now confined in the Central Prison, Puzhal, before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER
(Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in Memo BCDFGISSSV No.49/2022 dated 31.03.2022 detaining her brother as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by
its order in G.O.Rt.No2551, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 06.05.2022 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
