This petition has been filed, to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the case against the accused on her complaint dated 03.04.2020 pending on the file of 2nd respondent police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner already filed a direction petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11463 of 2020, for the very same prayer on the very same complaint lodged by the petitioner. On 03.08.2020, this Court already directed the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry, after issuing notice to the opposite parties. Based on the order cited above, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same has been closed. Hence the petition is devoid of merits.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
