These appeals are listed today under the caption "for clarification".

2. When the matters came up for hearing on 12.09.2024, this Court disposed of the aforesaid Civil Miscellaneous Appeals in terms of Joint Memo of Compromise. However, before signing the order, it is noticed that in the Joint Memorandum of Compromise at Paragraph No.6, it was stated that both have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding annexed in the typed set of papers. But, the Memorandum of Understanding was not annexed in the typed set of papers. Therefore, this Court directed to post this matter under the caption "for clarification".

3. Today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the appellant has also agreed that the Memorandum of Understanding was not annexed in the typed set and he seeks for short accommodation to file the same.

4. Hence, the order dated 12.09.2024 in C.M.A.Nos.980 and 981 of 2024 disposing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals in terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise is hereby recalled.
