ORDER

The relief sought in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to upgrade the Thiruppampuram Village, Arulmigu Shesapureeswarar Temple, Kudavasal Taluk, Tiruvarur District from the cadre of Executive https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Officer Grade-I to the Assistant Commissioner in the light of G.O.(Ms)No.01, Tourism, Cultural and Endowments (ANI-2) Department, dated 05.01.2022, based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2022.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the claim of the petitioner is under consideration and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication herein.
