O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.682 of 2017, pending on the file of the learned Sub Court, Poonamallee, and to transfer the same to the file of the learned Sub Court, Ponneri.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the respondent/wife submitted that he has no objection in allowing the prayer of the petitioner/husband seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.682 of 2017 to the file of the Sub-Court, Ponneri.

3. Recording the above said submission, H.M.O.P.No.682 of 2017 is withdrawn from the file of the learned Sub Court, Poonamallee and consequently, transferred to the file of the learned Sub Court, Ponneri. On such transfer, the learned Sub Court, Ponneri, shall dispose of the same in the manner known to law as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.10314 of 2019 is closed.
