ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in respect of the civil dispute between the petitioner and one Irshad Ahmed, Son of Ahmed Basha Sahib, No.4/18, Vathimanai Main Road, Ambur, Ambur Taluk, Vellore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by one Irshad Ahmed against this petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 5.6.2015 and therefore this petitioner is not required for enquiry. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
