Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To Suspend the Sentence imposed in S.C.No.11/2016 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) Villupuram District at Villupuram, dated 08.03.2018 and enlarge the petitioner on Bail, pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.230 of 2018.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. DR.S.MANOHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court while dismissing the earlier application for Suspension of Sentence filed by the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10853 of 2018 on 14.06.2019, had directed the Registry to call for the records and prepare typed set of papers and post the matter in the 3rd week of July under the caption "for final disposal".
2.This Court again on 25.02.2021 had directed the Registry to verify whether the records have been called for and the typed set of papers are made ready. It is reported by the Registry that the records have not been received by the Registry from the trial Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Registry is directed to send a remainder to the trial Court viz. Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Court) Mahila Court, Villupuram to send the records pertaining to S.C.No.11 of 2016 and prepare typed set of papers and list the matter for final disposal on 07.06.2021.
3.The Criminal Miscellaneous petition filed for Suspension of Sentence shall stand dismissed.
