This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent-Police to conduct investigation in Crime No.94 of 2016 and to file a final report.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.94 of 2016 has been registered and is being investigated by the second respondent police.
