Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records leading to the impugned order issued by the third respondent in his proceedings No.35247/CS1/2014-1, dated 05.05.2016 and consequential order confirming the punishment issued by the first respondent in G.O(D).No.94 Home Department, dated 25.01.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to consider the restoration of seniority of the petitioner on par with his junior V.Karuppannan in the category of Deputy Inspector General of Prisons on 05.12.2015 notwithstanding the punishment of censure imposed by the third respondent in proceedings No.35247/CS1/2014-1, dated 05.05.2016 and consequential order confirming the punishment by the first respondent in G.O(D).No.94, Home Department, dated 25.01.2018 and pass orders.
