ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this petition, seeking a direction to the respondent police to produce the vehicle of the petitioner, viz., Chevrolet Car bearing Registration No.TN 30 AA6075 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Villupuram as per the order dated 14.07.2015.
2. Heard both sides.
3. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that as early as 20.07.2015, the vehicle in question has been confiscated. Hence, he would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

4. Recording the said submission, this petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the confiscation order dated 20.07.2015, before the appropriate authority, if he is so advised.
