O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 to 4 herein to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2016 for giving protection to the petitioner to occupy the plot No.40 allowed to her.

2. The petitioner seeks police protection to the petitioner to occupy the plot No.40 allowed. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
