This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 198 days in paying the court fee in C.M.A.SR.No.112863 of 2022 against the order dated 31.03.2022 in Ar.O.P.No.203 of 2015.

2.Affidavit of service has been filed on 03.06.2024 in SR.No.17795 of 2024.

3.The respondents have been served.

Ms.S.R.Sumathy entered appearance on behalf of the 1st respondent. There is no representation for the respondents 2 & 3 either in person or through counsel.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and 1st respondent and perused the records.

5.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 198 days is condoned.

6.The name of the counsel for the 1st respondent shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
