The writ of mandamus has been instituted to direct the respondents to provide electricity service connection to the petitioner house situated at No.18A, Thiruvallur 1st cross street, Urapakkam, Vandalur Taluk, Ms. S.Sharmila, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted an application through online to provide electricity service connection. Since it was not considered, the present writ petition came to be instituted. 3.
Mr.L. Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents on instructions made a submission that the petitioner has not submitted the relevant Revenue documents for the purpose of considering her case for providing electricity service connection. 4.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has to submit further documents to the Board Authorities, the petitioner is at liberty to submit all requisite documents to the respondents enabling them to consider the Page No.2 of 4
application and take a decision on merits and in accordance with law. 5.
