ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition in para No.6(a) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8185 of 2025, dated 20.03.2025, which reads as follows:

"(a) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.45 of 2025 before the learned Magistrate concerned and on such deposit, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the same, by making necessary application and production of valid proof before the learned Magistrate concerned."

The reading of the above shows that this Court had taken into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.45 of 2025 and granted bail to the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Court finds no grounds made out for modification and not inclined to modify the condition in para No.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8185 of 2025, dated 20.03.2025. 4.
