JUDGMENT

In pursuance of the order dated 13.04.2015, both the parties and their respective counsel are present before this Court today and demand draft for a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- has been handed over by the respondents to the plaintiff/appellant. The appellant has handed over the Mortgage deed to the respondents. So the matter has been settled between both the parties. Further, it is agreed by both sides that the petition in E.P.No.1064 of 2015 in O.S.No.6737 of 2004 on the file of the X Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai is hereby terminated.
