This Court, while disposing of the present civil revision petition on 17.11.2023 directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Harur to complete trial and pass orders in H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2015, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Subordinate Judge (FAC), Harur through his letter dated 27.03.2024 in D.No.167 of 2024 has prayed for extension of three months time to complete the enquiry and pass orders in H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2015 pending on his file, since the order passed by this Court dated 17.11.2023 has not been complied with, within the time prescribed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made by the learned Subordinate Judge (FAC), Harur, this Court is of the view that it is just and proper to give further three months time to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2015 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge (FAC), Harur. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1 of 2

4. Accordingly, further period of three months time is granted to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2015 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge (FAC), Harur, in order to comply the order passed by this Court on 17.11.2023.
