This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order dated 12.03.2020 made in Rc.No.23056/D1/20 passed by the third respondent, quash the same as null and void and consequentially directing the respondents to fix interse seniority between the Promotee Senior Inspectors and Direct Recruitment Senior Page No.2 of 5
Inspectors so as to promote petitioners as Cooperative Sub Registrars in the Dairy Development Department.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
3. In view of the above said submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
