... Respondents Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to issue notice to the respondents and punish the respondents for having committed contempt of the order passed by this Court dated 09.08.2024 in W.P.No.17103 of 2024.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 09.08.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.17103 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to issue notice to the petitioner and counter parties and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent considered the case of the petitioner and passed order by the proceedings dated 30.06.2025. He also produced a copy of the order dated 30.06.2025 passed by the second respondent before this Court.

Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. If any grievances, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the second respondent, if so advised.
