No.402 of 2008 dated 08.02.2008 and FMB sketch in the properties comprised in new Survey No.:104/16 and 104/17 situated at Samalpatti Village, Uthangari Taluk, Krishnagiri District within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to pass Orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2024 for making entry of correct measurement of 2204 sq.ft. in the patta based on the sale deed bearing Reg. No.402 of 2008 dated 08.02.2008 and FMB sketch in the properties comprised in new Survey No.:104/16 and 104/17 situated at Samalpatti Village, Uthangari Taluk, Krishnagiri District within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner along with his sister purchased to an extent of of 2204 sq.ft. of land in Samalpatti Village, 2/5

Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District. Whereas, the respondents have made wrong entry in the patta as 1400 sq.ft. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 04.03.2024. However, no action has been taken by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2024 and pass Orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
